Actress Regina Daniels celebrated her 25th birthday on Saturday, 10 October, in a wheelchair. In a video she described months of severe pain and limited mobility, said repeated medical tests had been done, and wrote that she had "lost my freedom to move around". She said she has moved to a new home closer to her children and medical facilities.

Clips from a Children's Day carnival she organised in Asaba on 27 May resurfaced on X and Instagram on 11 October, showing bodyguards holding her as she walked; in one she told Jarvis it was a minor accident. Colleagues including Iyabo Ojo, Ini Edo, Jarvis, Phyna and Destiny Etiko sent prayers.

Businessman Olakunle Churchill, who is Tonto Dikeh's ex-husband, said on Instagram he called her to pray with her and was "genuinely proud" of how she spoke publicly. Tonto Dikeh commented under his post: "we love you reg", which drew attention because of her history with Churchill.

What is not known: no diagnosis, cause or statement from doctors or representatives has been published beyond Regina's own account.
