The All Progressives Congress Campaign Council in Enugu State has organized a strategic session to plan mobilization efforts for Governor Peter Mbah's re-election bid. According to Vanguard, the meeting was convened by the council's Director-General, Chief Charlie Mbah, alongside senior officials representing the three senatorial zones across the state.
Speaking after the session, council spokesperson Barrister Steve Oruruo explained that the team aims to build a coordinated approach to showcase the governor's achievements. Key projects to highlight include 260 smart schools, numerous primary healthcare centers, an international medical facility, and the newly established Enugu Air initiative.
The council also pointed out plans to boost voter turnout, noting that accredited voters during the previous election fell short of total registrations. Prominent political leaders, including former governors and lawmakers, are expected to support the party's outreach before the campaign office officially begins full operations.
