Super Eagles Stunned 3-0 by Guinea-Bissau as Ghana Crash 4-2 to The Gambia
Nigeria started seven Premier League players and still lost; Ghana threw bottles, then lost their coach.

Nigeria’s Super Eagles, fielding a heavily rotated and injury-hit squad, fought back twice to secure a 3-3 draw with Russia in an international friendly in Nizhny Novgorod.
Nine players made their senior debuts. Coach Eric Chelle praised the response after the 3-0 AFCON qualifying defeat to Guinea-Bissau and the absence of key players such as captain Wilfred Ndidi.
The result provides some encouragement ahead of crucial November qualifiers against Tanzania. Nigeria currently sits second in Group L.
