Actor and director Femi Adebayo commissioned the Euphoria 360 Hub in Oregun, Lagos, on 6 October 2026. It is the headquarters of Euphoria360 Media Limited, and the project is widely reported as a ₦40 billion investment, a figure Legit.ng says it could not independently verify.

The complex includes production studios, post-production suites, music video and event spaces, equipment rental services and the Euphoria360 Film Academy. Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat commissioned the facility, and attendees included Odunlade Adekola, Kunle Afolayan and Ramsey Nouah. Adebayo's father, Adebayo Salami (Oga Bello), was reported to be emotional at the event. The hub was already a filming location for Davido's "B4 B4" video.

The controversy: a social media user shared a video tour and asked whether low-budget, VHS-era Yoruba film earnings could explain the project. Adebayo replied humorously to an X post suggesting his money "finished" at the hub, saying it was where his money began. Supporters cited his decades-long career, anti-piracy work, brand endorsements and Netflix sales.

Euphoria360Hub has since announced a free filmmaking masterclass and explained why registration closed.
