Nigerian comedian and skit maker Samuel Perry, popularly known as Broda Shaggi, has opened up about being hit by a stray bullet while filming in Ogun State.

He described the near-death experience at the Sango-Ota Bridge in March 2026 and the long recovery that kept him away from work for months. Fans have flooded social media with support as he returns to content creation.

“I feel very useless. While in the hospital, I could not act, I could not dance, sing or do whatever I loved,” he recalled in a video.
