2027: Opposition Set to Field Single Candidate Against APC – Lukman

The convener of the G100 political pressure group, Salihu Lukman, says the opposition alliance may announce a single presidential candidate, possibly only days before the 2027 general elections.

Speaking on Channels Television’s Hard Copy, Lukman warned that opposition candidates cannot split the vote five ways and expect to defeat the ruling party. He noted that Cardinal John Onaiyekan recently made the same point.
